Stage #1

First Communication

The first step is getting to know each other.

After you express your interest to collaborate with us for a medical service, you can send us an email right away at info@theclinic.al.


In the mail, make sure to:

  • write your name
  • A short description of your situation
  • panoramic x-ray done recently

This way, we can inspect your situation closely and understand what needs to be done.

At best, you can add some more information about your past challenges with oral health, other medical conditions or health information we need to know and take into account before making your personalized plan.

    Stage #2    

Your personalized plan

From the moment of receiving your e-mail, our team will get to work and create a map of your case, highlighting your key issues and how we can build a custom solution that will solve most of these problems. We will reply to your email with a response that will contain:

1. An explanation of your case

2. Our proposed treatment plan

3. The plan's estimated price

If you agree with the sent proposal and decide to choose us for your procedure, we get ready to expect you here.

You will have a response within 2 business days with a solution. Our operators are standing by to provide you with the fastest service, in order to guarantee a response as soon as possible. 


    Stage #3    

Planning & Organizing

Getting a new smile and planning to undergo a medical procedure is a huge step. That's why from the moment we send you your personalized plan you will have all the time to think until making a final decision. Remember that during these days, you can contact us anytime to ask further questions and details about the trip.


Your round-trip tickets will be free of charge. At this stage, you will only help us scheduling the dates, so we can pick a convenient time for you.

    Stage #4    

Transportation

From the moment you arrive, you will drive from the airport to your resting facility, wherever your arrival time is.

Our fleet of vehicles is also fully available to drive you around the city throughout the entire week.

    Stage #5    

Accomodation

The hotels are intentionally picked close to the centre of Tirana. This way it will be easy for you to come to the clinic and also enjoy your free time. “The Clinic” has a perfect location, as it is close to some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the capital.

A personal concierge will be at your disposal, throughout the entire trip.

    Stage #6    

General Check

Your first appointment will be a general check. In this first in-person meeting, we will take some time to rediscuss your situation, evaluate in what state your gum and teeth are, and do some minor tweaks to the procedure plan, if necessary. The general check is very useful to create a collaborative and relaxing environment before starting the treatment in the following days. 

The general check is free of charge.

    Stage #7    

Procedure days

There will be no more than 2 to 3 days of procedures. Each appointment will last no more than two to three hours. We aim to perform procedures that leave minimal pain or swelling, therefore we guarantee you will be able to have a great time during your stay, without feeling uncomfortable. For every complication or problem you may feel, you can contact us any time and we will assist you as soon as possible. 

    Stage #8    

Final Consulting & Follow up

In our last appointment, we make sure that all our patients have complete knowledge of what they should do the past weeks after the procedure. We will give you a free consultation, that includes crucial advice and some routine changes you can apply to your lifestyle for best oral health. After some time, we will email you once again, in order to have a quick checkup and see if everything is okay. If you experience anything unusual or that concerns you, contact us right away.
